Rental Policy Terms & Conditions:

- - All power boats must remain on the Manitowish Waters Chain of Lakes.
  - Confirmed reservations are paid in full before departure including 5.5% sales tax. Fuel will be charged upon return.
  - No Refunds for early returns.
  - Greer's Pier is not liable for any damages or losses to the Renter or Renter's property
  - No pets allowed on any rental. If you have a service dog, please call (715)543-8456 for our policy.
  - All boats must be returned by 5 P.M. on day of return, or a $50/half hour charge will be incurred by the Renter
  - Renter is responsible for any & all fees associated with damage done to the vessel during the rental period.

Safety Test Instructions: Please follow the link in your confirmation email to obtain your Temporary Boating Certificate. This is required for operators born on or after January 1, 1989 who are operating a motorboat or PWC in Wisconsin.

Arrival Instructions: Pick up for your rental is anytime after 9am on the day of your rental.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the departure date will be charged the entire rental rate. Reservations cancelled between 7 and 14 days of the rental date will forfeit their deposit (50% of rental fee). Cancellations before 14 days will receive 90% of their deposit refunded.

Bad Weather: If inclimate weather prevails, renter may reschedule for another day or choose to get 90% of their deposit back for single day rentals only. Inclimate weather is up to the sole discretion of Greer's Pier.

No Show Policy: Any reservation that is not picked up on the day of rental will be charged the full amount of the remaining rental balance.

All Renters/Operaters must be at least 25 years of age and/or posess a Wisconsin Boating Saftey Certificate if born after January 1st, 1989. No exceptions.
Renter/Operator is responsible/liable for any/all damage to rental unit.
Greer's Pier Inc will not be held liable for any claims, damages, injuries, or losses to the Renter or Renter's property
12 Passenger Maximum
No Pets Allowed on any of our rental boats. No exceptions. If it is evident there was a pet on your rental boat, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee per rental day (ie. pet hair, paw prints, excrement, claw marks on upholstery, etc.)
A $100 cleaining fee will be applied if boat is returned with excessive dirt, sand, garbage, etc.
Renter shall incur a $50/ half hour late fee.
All boats are only available for rent here on the Manitowish Waters Chain of Lakes.

Daily Rentals can be picked up anytime after 9:00 AM and returned anytime before 5:00 PM.
